CAMPERS HELPING KIDS
At Frogbridge, we believe in making a difference in the lives of children.
It’s actually part of our philosophy! That is why we work throughout the year to help those in need in our local communities. We call it “Campers Helping Kids.” Thanks in large part to you, our campers and families, we have greatly impacted the lives of many of these ill or needy children and their families.
Organizatons We’ve Helped
Pediatric Cancer Foundation
Frogbridge has worked with the PCF from 2003-2009, raising well over $40,000 for children stricken with cancer.
Juvenile Diabetes Foundation (JDRF)
With several of our campers diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes and other long time sufferers, we decided to dedicate the summer of 2010 to helping this cause. Frogbridge and its families raised over $13,000 for children with diabetes!
Lymphoma & Leukemia Society
This terrible disease hit home with JR and his family, as well as other team members. Frogbridge families raised thousands of dollars to help those suffering.
Our Special Place
Helping those organizations that are lesser known, yet vital to their cause has long been a driving factor for the Frogbridge Campers Helping Kids Campaign. In the summer of 2012, Frogbridge families helped to raise over $5,000 for an amazing group of people!
Food Drive for FulFill NJ (Formerly Food Bank of Monmouth & Ocean Counties)
Following Hurricane Sandy, we helped the food bank replenish their new empty facility. In 2013 we made a goal of filling an entire school bus with food for the food bank.
JAR of Hope Foundation for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy
By organizing a push up event, JR and our campers helped raise over $7,000 to help Jamesy and others suffering. Many of our campers and team members met at the Manalapan Recreation Center to attempt to break the Guinness World Record for most pushups at one time. We fell short by a few, but were happy to support this worthy cause.
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia for 2018
Frogbridge campers and families rally together in a fund raising effort in the name of one of their very own families. We were proud to raise over $16,000 for children in need at CHOP in the summer of 2018.
“We Got Your Backpack Campaign” for RISE (A Community Service Partnership) 2019
In the summer of 2019 Frogbridge campers and families turned their attention to fundraising efforts geared to school supplies for children and families in need. As part of the RISE “We Got Your Backpack Campaign”, our families and team members donated 1000’s of school supplies for the children in need in our local schools for the upcoming school year.
Frogtoberfest
We gladly accept new unwrapped toys from any family that would like to donate. The toys collected are distributed to groups in local communities dedicated to helping children and their families in need throughout the holiday season. Each year we donate more than 500 toys thanks to our camp families.

- The Chase Olsen Foundation (Chase Olsen was a young boy who lived in Jackson, NJ who passed away from cancer. This foundation was put in place to help families in our community who have a child affected by cancer.) – With all toys donated to CHOP (Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia)
Since we built Frogbridge in 1999, our mission statement has remained the same: Children First… Making the difference in the life of a child has always been our number one priority.
